Our Mission

For over two decades, we have worked on the ground with refugee and immigrant communities in Nashville and beyond. We’ve helped families from Sudan, Syria, Myanmar, Congo, and Latin America. We connect immediate needs, such as household support, food assistance, transportation, documentation, and community involvement.

Connecting Kindness's mission is “doing life” with refugees and immigrants in Nashville. By offering a safe and welcoming environment, we build relationships to identify the community's current needs. Above all, we value the dignity and worth of each person we serve.

We’re all after durable solutions. No child should have to go to bed at night praying they were invisible.
